ESL Kids Links
I used to have a links page with dozens of links to ESL-related sites, some of which no longer exist, and others which I added as part of a link exchange. No more! Now I'm only going to add links to established sites which I really feel would benefit ESL teachers.
- MES English - this is a fantastic site, full of well-presented, free materials for teaching kids, including flashcards, worksheets, phonics, videos, games, curriculum and certificates.
- ESL KidStuff - probably the biggest collection of resources for teaching ESL to kids. There is a membership fee to access all the content, but it's only $29 a year, which is a bargain for 1,500 flashcards, 1,000 worksheets and much more.
- Maple Leaf Learning - A popular YouTube channel by another English teacher in Japan. Watch videos of songs, dance and real lessons with young learners. If you like the music, you can buy it on iTunes. I bought all his CDs!
- SparkleBox - Not strictly an ESL site, but it's filled with 1,000s of free, printable resources for teaching children. Worth checking out.
